Specialist, School and Youth Engagement
Roles & Responsibilities
- Addressing glocal children’s development with evidence, outcomes and engagement of strategic partners;
- Lead implementing of relevant programmes to support and deliver advocacy strategy by setting out clear outputs, deliverables and implementation details;
- Outreaching relevant stakeholders;
- Lead initiative to optimize operating efficiency and compliance.
Requirements
- Degree holders, in preferable major in social science, policy research or public administration with 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in programme planning and resource allocation is preferred
- Experience in leading advocacy programme implementation and stakeholders engagement is preferred
- Experience in public administration and monetary control is preferred
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office application, such as MS Word (incl. Chinese word processing), Excel, and Powerpoint
