Specialist, Corporate Partnerships
Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively approach prospects and drive collaborative partnerships to solicit financial and non-financial contribution from the corporate partners and corporate foundations in Hong Kong.
- Working closely with corporate partners, corporate members and event sponsors to deliver successful local partnerships and events.
- Assist in planning, assessing and implementing strategies to retain and grow corporate donors.
- Administrative supports in operations and logistics related to corporate partnerships.
Requirements
- Highly skilled in stakeholder engagement and communications, backed by a strong social and professional network.
- Strong analytical skills to drive effective results and provide market assessment.
- A self-motivator and self-learner, able to acquire and build knowledge on the job or through UNICEF’s internal resource or market contact and experience.
- Excellent English & Chinese writing skills. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing, or fundraising in non-profit organization including relevant experiences with corporate donors. Regional or global exposure is an advantage. For suitable candidate with experience of 5 years or above, Lead, Corporate Partnerships position might be offered.

Senior Manager – Advocacy
Responsibilities
- Accountable of developing advocacy strategy in addressing glocal children’s development with evidence, outcomes and identification of strategic partners
- Accountable of formulating relevant programmes to support and deliver advocacy strategy by setting out clear outputs, deliverables and implementation details
- Accountable of maximizing and disseminating programme output by connecting with relevant stakeholders and galvanize public momentum
- Accountable of growing strategic partnership across stakeholders, e.g. child-related NGOs, universities, experts and government partners, etc.
- Lead initiative to optimize operating efficiency and compliance
Skills & Requirements
- Degree holders, in preferable major in social science, policy research or public administration with 6-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in strategic planning and resource allocation
- Experience in supervising advocacy programme implementation
- Experience in stakeholders management
Skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Ability to perform typing, word processing and / or Chinese word processing
- Hands-on experience in MS office such as MS Word, excel, PowerPoint
