Executive Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Director’s Office to enable a smooth operation of the Office, and  Council-related matters, including communication on Council meetings and record keeping.
  • Supporting the Executive Director in coordinating council meetings, internal meetings and related activities.
  • Assisting the Executive Director in the communication with external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating and assisting in preparation of minutes of meetings or progress reports in high level meetings.
  • Acting as a central repository of contracts and agreements for the entire operation.
  • Undertaking any other duties and tasks as assigned by the Executive Director.

 

Requirements

Specialist, Digital Fundraising

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing digital marketing acquisition and retention campaigns in line with planned budgets and targets ensuring campaign deadlines are met. This will include production of engaging and creative digital fundraising contents, maintenance of digital channels, regular review contents of the website to ensure effective search engine optimization, day-to-day liaison with agencies, payment gateway vendors and service providers, overseeing copy and artwork development and fundraising propositions.
  • Work closely with Digital Operation team and agencies (where appropriate) for ad tags/ pixels and UTM codes, analyze advertisers’ Google Analytics accounts and generate lead attribution reports.
  • Produce and execute email and SMS campaigns, including building emails from templates and HTML, copywriting, asset coordination, and scheduling.
  • Manage social media content tracking, processing, and reporting with cross-functional teams. When internal cross-functional projects require digital and technological know-how, and be responsible for the execution of these projects' digital activities, including but not limited to content creation and artwork development.
  • Provide support to Fundraising Dept., and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4-5 years’ relevant working experience on performance based digital marketing and/or online customer/donor acquisition.
  • A university degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Media or related discipline.
  • Strategic & analytical thinking with an understanding of the key drivers of donor acquisition ROI & long term value.
  • Experienced in managing multiple internal & external partners to deliver programs and results.
  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi--task to deliver quality programs on time and on budget.

Data Engineer / Data Specialist

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports of Power BI to help stakeholders/users across different functions; perform troubleshooting and issue tracking on the dashboard system;
  2. Analyze relevant data including, but not limited to, finance, affiliate marketing, paid marketing performance on social channels and MS Dynamics CRM;
  3. Use quantitative methods to derive actionable insights and outcomes from data;
  4. Build end-to-end data pipelines including data collection, transformation, quality and integration solutions to facilitate data & analytics solutions; Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture.
  5. Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into performance, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.
  6. Contribute to solution enablement and perform ETL, data modeling, data analysis, data visualization and dashboard building;
  7. Oversee and manage the work-flow of data quality management, data exchange and data cleansing processes by designing and implementing different rules and best practices;
  8. Supervised by Senior Manager in Digital Solutions for designing and continuously refining platform offerings and architecture;
  9. Report to Director of Digital Operations on product and service launch, capacity management and operational review in order to promote data management best practices in the organization.

 

Skills & Requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years of solid working experience engaging in projects which related to Power BI, data modeling, data analysis and dashboard building;
  2. Professional on database technology on Database including MS SQL Server;
  3. Professional on Microsoft Cloud technology on Azure about data, e.g. Azure SQL, Azure data factory, Azure data lake;
  4. Professional on Power BI architect/design/implementation;
  5. Working experience in using digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Social Media listening tools, etc.), social media integration (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, eDM, etc.) and payment gateways, is highly advantageous;
  6. Graduate qualifications in data science, computer science, information system, engineering, digital technology, or related disciplines;
  7. Good communication skill in both Chinese and English;
  8. Passion on technology, good team work;
  9. Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as supervise offshore developers on development work.
  10. Experience on Machine Learning and AI technology is highly advantageous.
  11. Contract shall be renewed upon performance review, and candidates with less experience will also be considered as Data Specialist.

Manager / Assistant Manager, IT Operations

Responsibilities: 

  1. In charge of the planning and implementation of addition, deletion and major modification to the organization’s IT systems
  2. Manage and review the IT security infrastructure, inclusive of advising and implementing suitable security measures to ensure the security of IT applications, network, database; participate in data and system security monitoring and testing;
  3. Provide IT and technical support to end-users, particularly on user computing covering PC software, version upgrade, mobile and user software
  4. Prepare full documentation inclusive of infrastructure manual, system operation manual, security manual, application usage manual, disaster recovery manual, business continuity plan etc.
  5. Work together with different teams to implement new or upgrade exiting IT systems, such as Document Management System, Viewpoint, CRM, HR, Accounting systems, etc.
  6. Co-ordinate and meet with internal and external parties including external IT vendors for the organization’s IT projects and system support in the delivery of strategic and transformational initiatives.
  7. Report to Digital Operations Director to maintain the infrastructure and ensure the deliverables at all levels with the best price/performance/practice of infrastructure architecture design for fulfilling IT Audit’s requirements.

 

Skills & Requirements:

  1. At least 8 year’s solid experience in Information Technology Management for Manager, while at least 5 year’s solid experience in Information Technology Management for Assistant Manager, preferably from the professional service sector or NGOs;
  2. University graduate, major in Information Technology Management, Computer Science or related discipline is preferred;
  3. In-depth understanding and hands-on experience of developing, implementing, managing and supporting IT systems, network and infrastructure, both hardware and software;
  4. Results-driven, forward-thinking, excellent in problem-solving and decision making, good at communication and tactful in dealing with people of all levels;
  5. Extensive technical experience, know-how in system, network, technologies, preferably be with professional certifications;
  6. Experience in application database design and file management techniques;
  7. Knowledge of network hardware, protocols, and operating systems including Fortinet, Citrix, VMware and Window Server;
  8. Experience in core software applications, such as Microsoft Dynamics, Viewpoint, DMS, Microsoft office 365 and Exchange.
  9. Certified in CISSP, CISA or any related professional certification, or experience in handing IT audit is highly preferred;
  10. Good leadership and people management skills;
  11. Excellent verbal and written presentation skills;
  12. Good command of spoken and written English
