Charity Sales of “Bridge to Tibet” – funds raising for UNICEF’s work in China
2011-02-26
Bridge to Tibet, published in early 2010, was a gift for the underprivileged from the youngest generation in the Lee family – Matthew, Mark and Jane. This is a book of exciting journeys and everlasting memories of the three young authors’ visits to Tibet two years ago. There, they saw children living in an environment with barely sufficient food and ragged clothing. Seeing the underprivileged made them realise how fortunate they were to live in spacious homes and to wear warm clothing. The humility in the Tibetan children’s lives simply struck to their hearts, and inspired them to do something great later on – the “Bridge of Tibet”.
UNICEF is one of the organisations benefited from the charity sales of “Bridget of Tibet”. The book is now available at HK$100 each (excluding postage/delivery cost). Funds raised will go to support UNICEF’s work in China. Please place your order by 30 April 2011 (first-come-first serve while stock last).
