Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF Fundraising Campaign Kick-off Ceremony was held in Harbour City on October 3, 2011. Famous artistes Ms Jennifer Tse and Mr Wilfred Lau attended the event and invited the public to support this campaign.
Jennifer and Wilfred asked the audience to proactively take part in this campaign so that UNICEF could raise more donations for children who suffered from the 7.1-magnitude earthquake that hit Yushu of Qinghai last April. They believed that the public’s keen participation and generous donation would give children of Yushu hope for a better future. Interested parties could pick up little donation boxes at designated Toy “R” Us stores and trick-or-treat for UNICEF in October. Trick-R-Treat Party for UNICEF is going to take place in Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui on October 23 (Sunday). Children between the age of 3 and 12 years old are welcomed to join the party.
